SHIPPING TIME – All of our smoked turkeys and breasts are
shipped UPS® for 3 day delivery in our unique Styrofoam chest. Shipments are
made on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday directly from our farm.

SHIPPING CARRIER AND SHIPPING COST – All shipments are sent
prepaid to you with a small fixed shipping charge added to your invoice. All
orders are shipped via UPS® Ground™ except where UPS® Ground™ will not arrive
in three business days. Under these circumstances, orders will be shipped UPS®
2nd Day Air™.
ORDER TRACKING – We have integrated with UPS® to provide you
tracking detail on all your orders. Please feel free to track your order using
BatesTurkey.com under “Order Tracking” from our home page. If No Tracking
Detail was available from UPS®. This is usually an indication that your order
has not shipped or that you’re Order Number was not valid. Please correct and
try again or call us at (888) 249-4505.

CREDIT – If you have established credit with us, we will bill you
— if not, please send payment with your order or use our secure online ordering
system. American Express, Discover, VISA and MasterCard accepted.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE – Please call (888) 249-4505 prior to
returning any product. We stand behind our products 100%.
